It is easy to build a monthly report that looks impressive and says nothing. Impressions up, followers up, engagement up - and a calendar that looks exactly like last month's.
Start from the outcome and work backwards
The number that matters to a business owner is booked appointments. Everything we report is either that number or something that demonstrably feeds it: qualified profile visits, link clicks from people in the right segment, and the conversion rate between them.
Vanity metrics still have one use
Views and watch time are diagnostic, not a result. If a video converts poorly, watch time tells us whether people left before the offer or heard it and passed. That changes what we fix. Reporting them as achievements is where it goes wrong.
Give it enough time to mean something
Short-form is noisy month to month. A single video can distort a week. We look at trend across a quarter before drawing conclusions, and we say so rather than presenting one good month as a new baseline.
